Native from Greece, Nicholas has been working in Brussels for eleven years now after his studies in Switzerland and his long carrier with one Michelin star and scored 16 at the Gourmet expert, Gault & Millau. He first started to work at BeLella at Be manos and at Kolya Restaurant at Manos Premier , 5-star hotels, during more than 8 years before joining Da Mimmo Restaurant by Villa Loraine Group, an Italian Restaurant.

Our new Chef also has some surprises for you starting with a business lunch. Every week, Nicholas will prepare a new menu with a choice of 2 or 3 courses for those who would like a tasty and quick lunch. During the summer, you will have the chance to enjoy some really nice barbecue on the fabulous terrace of The Avenue, under bright sunshine!
